No prerequisites required.
Description:
In this 60-minute workshop, artists will be introduced to trauma-informed practices designed specifically for creative environments. Whether you’re on stage, in the studio, or collaborating in an ensemble, this workshop will equip you with proactive, consent-forward tools to support your well-being and the well-being of those you create with.
You’ll learn:
- What trauma-informed practice is (and isn’t)
- How to establish creative boundaries and shared agreements
- The use of self in the creative process and the creation of a ‘personal plan’
- Practical tips for designing safe, inclusive creative processes
Pricing:
The workshop cost is $45. If you are a post-secondary arts student, you can take the course for 50% off.

Workshops are live and not recorded.
